Terms and Conditions / ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

[English] These Terms and Conditions constitute a service agreement between the customer (hereinafter referred to as "You") and China Tour (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

[ภาษาไทย] ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ถือเป็นสัญญาการใช้บริการระหว่างลูกค้า (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "ท่าน") กับ ไชน่าทัวร์ (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "บริษัท") การใช้บริการของเราถือว่าท่านยอมรับและตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

1. Service Rules & Regulations / กฎระเบียบการเข้าพักและใช้บริการ

For Hotel Accommodation / สำหรับการเข้าพักโรงแรม

  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards, and Check-out time is before 12:00 (noon).
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A fine may apply for violations.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay. The Company reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
  • เวลาเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาท์: เช็คอินได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00 น. เป็นต้นไป และเช็คเอาท์ก่อนเวลา 12:00 น.
  • การสูบบุหรี่: ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้องพักที่ระบุว่าเป็นห้องปลอดบุหรี่ หากฝ่าฝืนอาจมีค่าปรับ
  • สัตว์เลี้ยง: ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
  • ความเสียหาย: ท่านต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับทรัพย์สินระหว่างการเข้าพัก บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าซ่อมแซมหรือทดแทน

For Tour Services / สำหรับบริการทัวร์

  • Conduct: Please follow the guide's instructions and respect local customs and other travelers.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The Company reserves the right to proceed without waiting for late arrivals.
  • การปฏิบัติตัว: โปรดปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของมัคคุเทศก์ และเคารพวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นรวมถึงผู้ร่วมเดินทางท่านอื่น
  • การตรงต่อเวลา: โปรดมาถึงจุดนัดพบตามเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกเดินทางโดยไม่รอหากท่านมาช้ากว่ากำหนด

2. Liability Disclaimer / ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, valuables, or luggage.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, flight delays/cancellations, or strikes, provided that such events generally relieve the Company of liability unless caused by the Company's negligence.

บริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายของทรัพย์สินส่วนตัว ของมีค่า หรือสัมภาระของท่าน

บริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าหรือการไม่สามารถให้บริการได้อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุสุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัท เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ สภาพอากาศ เที่ยวบินล่าช้า/ยกเลิก หรือการนัดหยุดงาน ทั้งนี้ เว้นแต่ความเสียหายนั้นเกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อของบริษัท

3. Governing Law / กฎหมายที่บังคับใช้

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ให้เข้าสู่กระบวนการระงับข้อพิพาททางกฎหมายของไทย
