1. Cancellation Conditions & Refunds / เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกและคืนเงิน
The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel your booking:

2. Refund Process / ขั้นตอนการขอคืนเงิน
Request Channel: Please submit your cancellation request via Email or LINE.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 - 30 business days after the request is approved.

3. Force Majeure / เหตุสุดวิสัย
In the event that the Company must cancel a tour or service due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions preventing travel), you will be entitled to a Full Refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
ในกรณีที่ทางบริษัทมีความจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกทัวร์หรือบริการอันเนื่องมาจากเหตุสุดวิสัย (เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือสภาพอากาศเลวร้ายจนไม่สามารถเดินทางได้) ท่านมีสิทธิ์ได้รับ เงินคืนเต็มจำนวน หรือสามารถเลื่อนวันเดินทางได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
4. Non-Refundable Items / ข้อยกเว้น
This policy applies to the main tour/room package price. Certain expenses are strictly Non-Refundable once booked, including but not limited to:
- Issued Flight Tickets
- Visa Application Fees
